Howdy folks, I've sadly made it to the end of what has been a couple of relaxing, crafty weeks. It's back to school for me on monday where I shall be daydreaming of my little crafty hideaway and doing maths, of course! So with that in mind I have prepared myself a little door hanger in anticipation of the monday morning blues.
On the door hanger I painted with the following Dylusion paints: Bubblegum pink, cherry pie, vibrant turquoise, white linen. I also used black linen for the circles. I doodled around my mark making
with a white Posca pen. I chose Kate Crane's delightful Stampotique character 'Boots' with hope that she will lift me from my doldrums. I coloured her in with Inktense pencils, cut out and adhered her to my door hanger.
All I need to do now is decide where to hang it. Dare I hang it in my teaching area at work or just on my bedroom door to warn the family to tread carefully?
Enjoy the rest of your weekend everyone!
Crafty hugs,

Love this Clare. The colours are amazing. I'm toying with the idea of Dylusion paints bit think this might convince me.... Love the statement too. Might need to borrow that!!

This is wonderful! I love how you colored Boots and your background is a delight. I think the only answer is to make another so that all have advance warning. ;)
Absolutely love it. The colours are great and the background is brilliant xx
Gorgeous blend of colours and I love how,you used the Stampotique image. Tracy x
