12 Designers Of Christmas: *Designer 5* Tracy Easson

Hello!
Today I want to introduce you to designer number five in our Christmas extravaganza... the very talented Tracy Easson!
Tracys blog is HERE....I dare you not to fall in love with at least one of her many stunning creations!
Tracy has a wonderful, whimsical style, often incorporating figures, and her project today is no exception...

How gorgeous are they? Tracy has used salt dough to create these marvellous baubles, and she has generously shared the recipe so we can all have a go!
You need:
1 cup of salt
1 cup of plain flour
1 cup of lukewarm water

Mix together, then roll out. Cut the desired shape, then either bake in a low heat until hard, or leave in a warm place for a couple of days. The baubles were then stamped, painted and varnished! The baubles are 3 1/2" across, and Tracy managed to make 24 out of the one batch of salt dough!

These are the products Tracy has used that can be found in the A Sprinkle Of Imagination shop:

Thank you Tracy! I don't know about you, but I'm off to start mixing up the dough to create some of my own!

Now, don't forget that to be in with a chance of winning our bumper box of goodies you need to leave EACH of our 12 Designers of Christmas a comment on their blog posts here.  Once you have left your 12 comments, your name will be put into a hat and a random winner drawn out. This will be announced on 12th Night.... (6th January!)
Have you forgotten to leave a comment for Trish, Jaine, Gez or Hermine? No worries, just scroll back through the blog and leave your comment whenever you have time, commenting on all 12 Guest Designer posts will remain open until the end of December!
See you tomorrow for another spotlight on a big brand!

Oh my goodness, these are not only beautiful but so unique. How generous to share how to with us. May just have to buy some plain flour?? If only mojo was as easily sourced, lol... Tfs again!

I have a tree shaped clay hanging from my door that my 7 year old cousin made last year - she'd love playing with this dough!

These are so fun. We tried them last night with our little neighbors and had a blast. They actually did pretty well painting, but of course, anything they paint makes me happy. I just want the youth of today to be more into arts and the only way they will is if parents or other artists help them develop what's inside them. Yay. Loved it
