12 Brands of Christmas *Brand 9* Dreamweaver

Hello!
Brand nine in our blog extravaganza is......
Dreamweaver

Dreamweaver have been an established market leader in embossing pastes and stencils for years, way before the mixed media stencil craze started! Years and years ago, I remember being taught by Dreamweaver reps how to apply the paste through their range of metal stencils....and I was hooked! Now, with the multitude of pastes out there, I still find myself going back to what I consider the original and best embossing paste on the market. The texture isn't runny, gloopy or thin, it is a perfect light and almost fluffy mousse like paste, wonderful for those crisp edges on your stencilled design! I've used the white variety to stencil stars and snowballs on this piece...
I love it... (and Ranger must love it too.....you look at the labels on the Wendy Vecchi line of pastes, who are they made in collaboration with? Dreamweaver!!)

Dreamweaver pastes can be found in the shop over at A Sprinkle Of Imagination HERE

Have you been good? Have you left a comment on each of the nine Guest Designer posts so far? Don't forget, there is a big box containing a product from each of our featured brands up for grabs...that's 12 products from 12 leading brands to be won! All you need to do to be in with a chance of winning is to leave a comment on each of our 12 guest designer posts... easy! Commenting will be left open until the end of December (so plenty of time to double check you did all 12!), and the winner will be drawn at random on 12th night.... January 6th! Good luck!

Not sure this is the right place to leave my comment but oh well, here goes!! Never used Dreamweaver products but from your description sound like my sort of paste. I'm sick of gloopy - and of throwing half full tubs away because I can't break into them!

This is so cool & educational. I have been trying to find a paste like first I ever used & all have been too thin or... yes, gloopy is a good description. Really beautiful colours in your background & very crisp paste stars/snowballs! Ty for another great post. C :)

A paste for me to try once I have used up all my old Dreamweaver pastes.
Thank you for the information posts about these products. There are some I've never used before and the fact that Ranger, Wendy Vecchi and Dreamweaver got together to make an embossing paste - well it is what I will purchase in future!
I love the inkiness over the background paper and the stars and snowballs are fantastic. I have decided that I need to spend some time playing with inkier and paint techniques after Christmas Karen x
